We had a lovely stay with clean, comfortable rooms and a charming environment. There were great spots to relax, like enjoyed the cozy patio and sitting area. The only little downside was the breakfast selection being somewhat limited, but overall it was a nice spot to unwind. 😊

We enjoyed our stay so much! The apartment is gorgeous and spacious, with thoughtful details. Luigi was super helpful, and Nunzia. Plus, we were allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, which was a huge help. Can't wait to return! 😊

Only one of three AC units working!!! Kitchen appliances only suitable for warming up food, lacking proper cooking facilities!!! One bedroom has no window or privacy, might disappoint those seeking separation!!!

Queen Suite with lovely fresh pies left for breakfast. Clean and spacious accommodations make for a comfortable stay.
Beds were a bit hard, creating minor discomfort. breakfast options felt limited due to pre-packaged items. A more diverse selection would improve the morning experience.

stayed at residenza romana bed & breakfast for 6 nights and loved the mini kitchen! it saved us from wasting food. the espresso machine and drinks left by daniella were fantastic. the neighborhood was friendly and close to tourist spots, yet felt cozy and away from the crowds.

The staff were attentive and created a helpful WhatsApp group, making communication easy. Our room had a charming city view, which truly enhanced our stay. The kitchenette was well stocked with basic essentials, allowing us to prepare quick meals during our visit.

The owner, Luigi, was incredibly helpful, providing great local recommendations and setting up a Whatsapp group for our convenience. Breakfast consisted of packed croissants, juices, cereals, and other essentials, ensuring we didn't go hungry during the day.
The breakfast was quite modest.
